Wasn't the childs blood found in her bedroom and also in the boot of the parents hired car? Yes that is correct Terry, and if this happened in the USA, the blood would have been classed as a match with Madeleine. Às they require less markers to be matched To be blunt the point is you are talking utter ****, that's not what the DNA report said but you are presumably relying on some Youtube video as your basis for this. |

Thanks for the DNA post John W Henry, I certainly haven't read it the key point is:
What is the probability that a random stranger, not related to Madeleine, deposited DNA with those exact same 16 marker pairs over the 8 sites with a complete match to Madeleine? Many million to 1. |
|
By:
I'm confused, are you stating that the DNA report relating to Portugal/UK would state that in the USA it would be classed as a match? Or has your point gone over my head again? A DNA expert can never say they have found x's blood. What they can say is make an assertion on probability. Off the top of my head the DNA report said that sample found was a DNA mixture (i.e containing more than one person DNA profile) and that whilst a number of components matched Madeleines they also would have matched a number of the DNA profiles in the laboratory. I would be interested though if you can tell me the legislation in portugal or the UK which would have deemed their report as inadmissable evidence. |

Sorry, many millions to one...not one million to one!!

So a million to one its not her blood, the only case the Government/secret service/police for years bothered with, its one big cover up for some reason and people still argue the toss, why?

You must have the memory of a goldfish in that case, the only thing you've done is regurgitate the same old theories and pointed to a shifty looking man on youtube wearing dark glasses and beany with disabled comments. The points you've made about the dogs, I answered with posts about how they're trained and what they're trained too smell, as it turns out they train using pigs flesh, how blood was found with no ackowledgment that kids bleed easily, you pointed out how there was no evidence of an abduction, I pointed out the cowboys in charge of the investigation TRAMPLED over the whole flat without sealing it off properly at first allowing for a proper foresnic analysis, but of course that is not convenient for you too mention.
Basically the only thing you are doing is now putting yourself forward as the cheif accuser when really many have gone before you and you're not saying anything new, presenting circumstantial or inconclusive evidence and have no real idea of the truth, tell us all something we don't know already. |
|

I give up.
Lol? A DNA mixture affects the analysis and probability because if a number of components match a person DNA profile then they may not be able to say what components come from what mixture. What were you stating? You seem to be saying the dna evidence couldn't be used in the UK or Protugal but could in USA. I'm not claiming the evidence proves anything, that is the whole point. You are claiming they found her blood in the car. I don't know where you have got 1 in a millions from. |

Yes, the number of markers matched would class as a hit in the USA, but in Portugal I believe they have to hit 19 markers to class as a match, despite (see John W Henry's post above) hitting 16 markers and being million to one of it being a non McCanns, wouldn't be accepted in Portuguese law. Okay so you are saying it's not admissable evidence in Portugal. I asked you for the relevant legislation. I have read what John W Henry posted. Maybe I'm reading it wrong but their is no mention of where the DNA sample was found. Given they mention the crime scene I am presuming it is a sample from the apartment they were staying in. There is actually no mention of what kind of sample it is. So it's not even clear if it is blood (from my memory of the DNA report they did analyse a blood sample so it probably is). From what John Henry has posted it appears to be evidence that DNA with 1 in a million chance of not being hers was found in an apartment in which she had resided in for several days. So yes I agree that is very strong evidence that she has stayed in the apartment. |

Yes shrewd, as mentioned earlier..she jumped behind the sofa when unattended, splattered blood everywhere and then managed to hide the wound from her parents. There is no doubting she was very smart for someone so young!
|
|
By:
You are just talking pish now. "splattered blood everywhere"? I don't think even the most vehement Conspiracy theorising nutjob has suggested that the apartment had blood splattered everywhere.
|
|
By:
Ok I'll retract the word splattered. Back to the DNA please. She was only there for a week or so, so feel free to explain how her blood got behind the sofa, in the walls and under the tiles? You would think there would be a simple, logical explanation for this.
There is no known record of anyone dying in that appartment, and Eddie did not alert to other appartments, which is another awful random coincidence? Add his reactions to the boot of the hire car. Scandanavian goes on about the dogs detecting Pig death/cadaver..when Martin Grimes (the handler) has made it clear they only responded to humans. Anyway, you guys can do your own research.. |

In the walls
Is this how desperate you are getting? Lol You've tried everything else, now this minor detail is what you are challenging. I can't remember where I found that info (it's been a while since I researched), so for that reason I will retract it. You haven't really made any valid points shrewd, or can you correct me on this? |
|
By:
Believe me when I tell you you have added nothing to this thread..and your arguments are not really arguments.
Believe me when I tell you after having read and taking part in many mccann threads that have been put up on chit chat over the years, that you have provided exactly zero new information and made zero new points. That is the point, you're providing nothing new and that is what I am telling you, you're going around the same old circles that everyone else has already been around years before you. Come up with something new otherwise I can saftely say that you can just be filed under 'another mccann obsessive'. |

By:
Also scandanavian, having to point out to you that Eddie and Leela were trained to detect human not pig blood/cadaver, and who also has a suçess record of 200/200 suddenly detect dead pig.
So for you to say I have offered zero is clearly incorrect, as someone who has taken part in numerous threads, you should know this. So if you have learned just one thing from this then that's good. I am going to end this conversation with you, because to be honest there's just no point and your tantrum throwing is getting boring. |

By:
I don't remember saying that she did not die there, I haven't got a clue whether she is dead or alive and if she is dead where she died, what I've said is that unless a body is found, nobody will ever really know what happened, there is nothing conclusive.
I'm neither here nor there whether they are guilty or not, I would not be surprised either way, but you have to accept that when you put forward 'evidence', that that evidence can be challenged, it's called a balanced discussion, which is why I posted the quotes on the cavedar dogs for example and why it's worth drawing attention to the initial fumbled investigation from the Portguese police - the same Portguese Police led by the disgraced Goncarlo Amaral, a man with a suspect history in intimidating suspects and in this case, subsequently writing a book to make money from the disappearance of a missing child, which sums up his character. It was a botched investigation from the beginning. Anyway, provide something new, everything you said so far is old news. |
|
By:
Have you ever considered that Mr Goncarlo Amaral may have been correct and simply removed at the behest of the british state in order to 'cloud the waters' ?
|
|
By:
fwiw, i agree with scandanavian_haven
|
|
By:
How is Goncarlo Amaral disgraced please ?
The McCanns took him to the highest court in Portugal......they lost |
|
By:
You mean apart from being throw off the case for being an unprofessional, bungling loud mouth making wild accusations publicly before anything proven, or the printed stories of past suspects in past cases being bullied, pressurised and intimidated by him or the fact that he was more interested in making money out of the case than anything else, his book in one year made him nearly half a million, the libel case he won was because the Supreme Court said he had the right to 'freedom of expression' - basically meaning he can say what he wants and how he wants regardless of any lack of conviction or hard evidence, that's Portuguese law. Nobody should be giving him a pat on the back for that.

doing what with someone else, sacredmoney asked a straight question and I gave him a straight answer, and your obsession with the sun newspaper is bizarre. That detective came up with theories based on no evidence, he said she was buried in a coffin and burnt, no coffin, no body, no evidence of this, just a random made up theory, he was pointless so the hero worshipping of someone who offered the case nothing is weird.

I don't think anyone can take Allin serious.
People make mistakes or don't remember things correctly but when you get to the stage that you are making statements about blood splattered all over the place and her blood being in walls and then when called out or asked for the evidence you retract those statements then you yourself are admitting you are a complete bull****. If people have a difference of opinion based on facts that's fair enough but you clearly don't. |

I'm dizzy as fcuk after reading this..
![]() She was playing hide and.She had her favourite teddy in hand, always goes with her. Next thing she has cut her toes(mammy was drunk and threw a glass at Daddy because he was having sleaze of some sort on his phone). She put her hand down to her toes before picking up Teddy again and leaning on the wall she got up running and screaming across the tiles. Later whilst getting mummies six pack from the boot of the car she rested teddy down briefly. |
