Do you know there was a psychological test that looked at people who were of liberal type politically , and those on the right
And it was found that leftists had an inability to understand the viewpoint of those on the right , But that those on the right could understand although disagree with those from the other viewpoint. Leftists seemed trapped in early adult hood and hadnt matured much beyond that and were unable to take in board even the possibility of a different way of looking at things The management seems to a text book example of this |

My days of steering are long gone. I wouldn't be posting on here if I wasn't well past all of that. I spent enough time working with problems in business to know that short term, knee-jerk, sound bites, etc don't offer lasting solutions - and I have lived through enough governments (party politics) to know that short term, knee jerk, sound bites is all they have to offer. |
