I was wondering whether this young man also qualified for the description?  You see he's reportedly been making a few quid out of renting out his former 'social housing' flat. He uses AirBnB website to do this, despite Labour's dislike of this platform. This on top of the money he already earns in a cosy sinecure via the cronyism route.

The momentum guy just interviewed seem to be trying to control the snarl and his hatred for the people who have just left, you can just imagine what it's like behind closed doors being a moderate labour MP, dealing with the hard left fanatics who now have the whip hand. They keep saying there is a culture of bullying and intimidation, and it's hard to understand why anyone would think they have been making it up.

It's funny how Japan is a relatively small island with few natural resources, population in high density as large areas aren't very habitable, but still has so many and varied (and sometimes dominant) industries and has done for many decades. Yeah a new election quashes the formation of a new party in the short term, you would think.  But long term it's difficult to see a new party not emerging

Won't happen in the Tories unless the makeup of the MPs alters radically. Boris would win with the members easy I think but will struggle to get on the ballot in its current form.

I've always been a moderate Tory.  I certainly don't have a party to vote for as things stand, but Corbyn politics will be an absolute disaster and lead to mass poverty for twenty years or more.  All these Labour politicians saying it's better to seek change by working for change are talking bollox out of self interest in keeping their seats.  It's nigh on impossible given the party is in the grip of a new far left membership, that live by an ideology that in practical terms is a complete disaster.
