But apparently the payment was for “nutrition and physical exercise”  And he gave up his $10,000 dollar bail payment. The justice system in the US is weird. |

Well if a guy had legitimately been attacked why has he seemingly offered to do community service? Is it usual for people under suspicion and charged with 16 charges to then offer to do community service and get charges dropped? Would they have done the same to the attackers? I take it he still believes he was attacked then, whats he going to do about that, just accept it? |

dusty; he did `18 hours `community service`. And what did this consist of? Political activism in the office of Jesse Jackson, and some `media training` workshop! Really. Turns out his childhood was in a Black Panther household, and he was already friends with the obamas, Jackson, Don Lemon, etc.
He still maintains it was two white culprits, yet his lawyer yesterday kept on talking about the Nigerians doing it! |

FBI still investigating Smollet for his mail fraud crime where he supposedly sent himself hate mail in the post. Lol. Other charges dropped in a 4d chess play to investigate political tampering in this case higher up and possibly bring down Foxx, Tchen, Michelle O among others.  |

The FBi have been investigating the Federal Crime of sending threatening letters/powder through the post, all along, so he`s still off to jail, a;most certainly for longer than he would have got without the string-pulling. Even better, though, is that the Feds are now also looking into the Foxx/obama/Harris corruption. That`s a win win!
