It is very easy to manipulate the weather with the military capabilities of today. The Jet stream can be manipulated in a way to effect the weather.
The sun has its own cycles that effect the weather on this planet. If Government want to really change that, maybe they should try nuking the Sun instead of imposing unnecessary taxes on the populace. |

No. It effects the Suns ability to penetrate the Earths atmosphere. As I said. We CANNOT influence what the Sun does. We CANNOT change what the sun's naturals cycles are.

it is such a fascinating phenomenon this. to wholeheartedly believe something for which there is scant
evidence but decry something for which there is irrefutable evidence as a total hoax must be a need to stand out from the masses, a desperate need to find significance. maybe it is also a need to make sense of a world that often makes no sense. to believe in some world order making global decisions is maybe actually easier than realising everyone is scrambling about making it up as they go and mostly failing. |
