Is there a legal way that the people can dissolve parliament ?

even the Queen in her christmas speech told them to get their act together,but these people have not got an ear between the whole lot of them.

Parliament is sovereign. The electorate's redress is to vote them out at a General Election if they so wish.

best way to treat them, & i've been saying it for 18 months or more, is to hit them when an election pops up. Kick them out.

correction=offences against the state act.perhaps the word treason could be uses in law.treason means attempting  to over throw the government,but the government is suppose to represent and pass a vote of the people,but they are not acting at passing the wishes of the people,so in real terms the people own the government so there must be a case for a legal way to dissolve the government or parliament with out committing treason .a sort of case such as Treason v Treason .someone must do something fast or the entire country will go into meltdown.imvho.

what about them all agreeing with "we will leave because the people voted for it,but we want 5 years to continue waffling among ourselves and iron everything out because we love the power it gives us."and then sit down for another 5 years and have a smooth transition"

and then lock them all in a room until they have agreed and they can light a fire that blows out white smoke when ever they are finished waffling.thats how they elect a new pope,and when they are locked up until they get an answer they usually sort it out by the week end.
