Parliament is sovereign. The electorate's redress is to vote them out at a General Election if they so wish.

best way to treat them, & i've been saying it for 18 months or more, is to hit them when an election pops up. Kick them out.

correction=offences against the state act.perhaps the word treason could be uses in law.treason means attempting to over throw the government,but the government is suppose to represent and pass a vote of the people,but they are not acting at passing the wishes of the people,so in real terms the people own the government so there must be a case for a legal way to dissolve the government or parliament with out committing treason .a sort of case such as Treason v Treason .someone must do something fast or the entire country will go into meltdown.imvho.
i feel so sorry for the uk people and the way they are being treated. |

what about them all agreeing with "we will leave because the people voted for it,but we want 5 years to continue waffling among ourselves and iron everything out because we love the power it gives us."and then sit down for another 5 years and have a smooth transition"

and then lock them all in a room until they have agreed and they can light a fire that blows out white smoke when ever they are finished waffling.
 thats how they elect a new pope,and when they are locked up until they get an answer they usually sort it out by the week end. |
