Government say we must be more competitive but that means we are a much crueler society.

People at the bottom are not helped as much as they used to be


People stay in their own worlds more than ever before, because of modern media.

We become estranged from one another as never before


The changing role of women is affecting us, they now compete with men, rather than calming men down like they used to.

This adds to the competitiveness and cruelty of society

If you send in the army against the black community you are effectively making them an enemy of this country

We were a kinder society, although sadly lot of strikes, too many and our industry became uncompetitive.

I live in Dulwich Village FOYLESWAR, I have not seen a policeman on the beat in at least 10 years. I go to Brixton for shopping and the market as I like going there and sometimes there are a couple of policeman by the tube station but that's about it. Shocking state of affairs.

the missus drove me to the petrol station this morning as i was at the counter  paying for the petrol i saw a copper at the car talking to the missus ,anyway it turns out the police were in a car on the forecourt and it came up on thier computer that the car insurance had lapsed ,missus forgot to renew it and he was arresting her for n=driving with no ins and they were seizing the car ..fair enough her mistake its a fair cop guvnor .what i cant understand is the khoonts who murdered that kid have not been caught as yet. they can detect if you have no tax or insurance or other minor misdemeanors yet a car full of knife weilding criminal murderers is beyond them   and there must be more  cctv cameras  in london than guys hospitals got pish pots yet they cant find a car full of murdering khoonts

Guidelines of Surrey police are that she should have been allot to phone up and insure the car whilst at the garage and be served with a fixed penalty notice. They would not of taken away the car in those circumstances.suggest you write to Cressida settiyout what happen.
