Any government could put billions into any district and it wouldn't stop what's happening in London; unless they gave it to the kids themselves, and then they'd probably want more. The kids want money; and lots don't care about how they get it. Unless they appreciate the difference between right and wrong and earning a living, this will go on.

In my experience it is strong male leadership - if combined with firm  back up from loving mothers you have a chance.

I wonder David Milliband, Andy Burnham (Manchester Mayor) and Yvette Cooper could be enticed back into the Shadow Cabinet for gravitas and experience which are so lacking at present.
