This remark from Javid and the condemnation of it from the likes of Abbott, shows the clear water that's starting to emerge between the Tories' and Labour's attitude towards Asian child grooming gangs.
It's easy to see why councils and the police have turned a blind eye to these atrocities for so long. |

Any government could put billions into any district and it wouldn't stop what's happening in London; unless they gave it to the kids themselves, and then they'd probably want more. The kids want money; and lots don't care about how they get it. Unless they appreciate the difference between right and wrong and earning a living, this will go on.

In my experience it is strong male leadership - if combined with firm back up from loving mothers you have a chance.
It is no guarantee of course. Totally unforgivably out of fashion and 'howl down' sort of statement. It has probably gone too far now and the politicos and police will not be able to deal with it. Certainly in the current climate of putting bonfire makers in front of the beak. |

Sajid Javid and Jeremy hunt could be two from The Conservative Party; the Labour Party have no one of vision and intellect merely deadwood or career politicians. I wonder David Milliband, Andy Burnham (Manchester Mayor) and Yvette Cooper could be enticed back into the Shadow Cabinet for gravitas and experience which are so lacking at present.
I think Sajid Javid was having a dig at the Mayor Of London who was singing his heritage from the rafters after winning the London Mayoral race but too ashamed to be specific about the heritage of those scumbags responsible for the grooming of venerable young white girls in Birmingham, Rotherham and Huddersfield. |
