There should be a time limit statute on any " victim" coming forward and a woman now stating a decade later she was raped after taking money over what has apparently ruined her life should be treated with the disdain it deserves. It could be argued she should be facing charges as even if believed , she is effectively allowing a potential rapist to get away with it committing more crime just in order to buy the latest handbags. Report at the time or don't report at all.
