And if he breaches the conditions of that sentence with a conviction he will serve a 3 months sentence. But until he gets convicted in his current arrest he hasn't breached it. However given he is on a suspended sentence he will be likely be held in custody to appear at court the following day. Given this is a Friday he will be kept at the police station in custody to appear on Monday or Tuesday since it's a Bank Holiday.
But apparently he has been arrested, convicted and sentenced to 13 months imprisonment in the space of several hours. |

He had a suspended sentence, he broke the law again and now he's having to serve 13 months in prison "sent back to prison" which is correct, he's been sent back to prison I was asking if this would get his base to react  |
