And if he breaches the conditions of that sentence with a conviction he will serve a 3 months sentence. But until he gets convicted in his current arrest he hasn't breached it. However given he is on a suspended sentence he will be likely be held in custody to appear at court the following day. Given this is a Friday he will be kept at the police station in custody to appear on Monday or Tuesday since it's a Bank Holiday.

But apparently he has been arrested, convicted and sentenced to 13 months imprisonment in the space of several hours.

Short story

He had a suspended sentence, he broke the law again and now he's having to serve 13 months in prison

"sent back to prison"

which is correct, he's been sent back to prison

I was asking if this would get his base to react

Plain

That's the story coming out from social media, in that he's been sent to prison for 13 months

Again if this turns out false then I apologise

Until then we have to take it as true until proven false

If you are relying on a random tweet from an unknown as a source then you deserve to be name called if you try to suggest someone else is wrong on the base of that tweet.

Its not just a random tweet, multiple big accounts have backed this up, and even big far right youtubers have also backed this up

Again if its false I apologise

Aka always adds a lot to discussions with his little funny faces.

Rather than an apology I'll give 200 hundred quid to a named charity of your choice if at this time Robinson has been convicted and sentenced to 13 months imprisonment. If not you do the same to a charity of my choice.

Deal aka?

If he's broken the law again when under a suspended sentence they can just send him straight to prison?
By:

When: 26 May 18 00:39
I've never said he was jailed.
I also thought it a bit strange but don't know how the system works in relation to suspended sentences.
By:

Well he would have to Attend court to determine if he had Broken the Law ?

I do find the "he's going to die in prison" a bit ott mind, people already willing it to happen so they can go out and riot

Meant to add but seemed to have found multiple sources confirming he had been jailed.

I do agree it does seem a bit to quick, but his own people are saying it as well, getting his supporters to over react

By Tuesday he could be out spouting rubbish on his live feeds again

Yes.

But you don't break the law when your are arrested for an offence. Your break it when your are convicted of an offence.

I understand where shrwed is coming from, its happened so damn quick and just seems fake

But when you've got his own team saying it you have to kinda think its true.

So why were you suggesting I'd need an apology. Unless you just don't want to bet?

...on his arrest not being sent to prison. If he was on a suspended then would go straight in. How will he die in prison? Surely more white people in there than Muslims, I would assume he would have decent protection as well given his financial clout.

What's he doing at the trial anyway? Jeopardizing convictions by the looks of it.

He would still have to go Before a Magistrate ,Fck me anyone on a suspended could Just be rounded up and carted off Regardless ,He may have have been arrested Perhaps there is a Fast track court if you are on a Suspended ? I dont know tbh ,
But there must be some form of Hearing ?  Laugh Shirley ?

I hope you enjoy the rest of your evening. If your are still looking for that bet though let me know.

Aye. If the police look at you as a wrong un that's you taken to the jail for 13 months. It's all over Twitter. That's how it works.

would have to take them back to crown court to get sentence activated and / or get
re sentenced for new offence

if sentence was from a magistrates court they could be taken back there

Sound daft but for all we know he could be jail right now

But the far right will create their own narrative out of it and that's the danger, they are whipping up a frenzy, "if he dies we declare war" Crazy

He can also be jailed if he breaks the terms of his suspended sentence.
Not sure if that only needs a nod in court or not.
