Monty python does sound a bit phallic.

The mob narrative is always the same, they all read from the same song sheet
"white" - tick "privileged" - tick "male" - tick ![]() |

I'd love to see monty python do a film about SWJs these days. They'd get more flak from these crackpots than the Life of Brian did from devout christians

At least some comedians have had a go, a recent "Family Guy" story had Brian the dog send a silly funny tweet that the SWJ ar&ehole mobs on social media saw / made viral / went apesh1t about and he was hounded out of his house and his life screwed over. (Hounded, accidentalty relevant!).
It was nice to see that firstly right across the world, intelligent people can all see what's going on with these types and Seth Macfarlane had the balls to take them on a bit. |

Oh they're gunning for Monty Python as well
Check the number of times the mob mention "old", "fart", and "Brexit supporting". ![]() |

"What has capitalism ever done for us?" - they tweet on their iPhones.

They hold the high ground. The military way. And God is on the side of big battalions (old military saying). Hysterical gathering of the shrieking mob demanding heads. etc etc It never changes.
In this case it is those who can grab the headlines and use their priviledged position (and time) to flog their cause to death. Hypocrites to a woman. |

Here's a bit from the FAmily Guy episode, it's just fantastic, sums it all up :)

I always wonder how much they pay their Puerto Rican servants?

People like something to get worked up about. Life today is very comfortable. No shortage of food, very good work/life balance, high life expectancy, left alone by the authorities, no real hardships. A result of all this goodness is people start looking for non-existant defects they can whine about.

but it is not funny is it - people can lose their jobs over trifling things - but what it is doing is silencing debate or questioning the agenda/narrative
1984 is creeping up on us |

thing is, they have NO IDEA that the majority of people don't share their views. They live in such a bubble, where all their friends and colleagues sing the same tune, where virtue-signalling has become the new currency. And when I say the majority, I'm talking a large majority who see thru their BS.
If you take a look at the most shared Terry Gilliam stories on facebook - and the ones which get the most comments - have a glance thru the comments. The vast majority DO NOT agree with the mob. Most people (and these include a lot of women) support TG's position or his right to say it. |

The only mob I'm seeing is the one on this thread.
The rest is inflammatory journalism about an imaginary 'mob', which is designed to get the hackles up.... and it works. |

thing is, they have NO IDEA that the majority of people don't share their views. It's much worse than that. They know full well, and intend to re-educate or force people to parrot the agenda anyway. Not a chance of that happening imo, sanity will have to prevail eventually. |

In that case, their indoctrination program isn't working...

When the Claire Foy/Matt Smith pay thing came out earlier in the week, a woman on Twitter reacted with: "The male actors really shouldn't allow this!"
Why the eff should the onus be on male actors to rectify??? I replied to her with that question (in a polite manner). Funnily enough, she hasn't got back to me yet. |

The #metoo movement and its like are no more than online vigilantes.
|
|

btw, I'm not disagreeing with anyone. The metoo thing is ridiculous.
Just mentioning the fact that, as happens so often, it is largely journalistic hype, and the media keeps it alive. |

It is no more than people wearing a badge or a flower, nothing has changed and the offenders still escape the rule of law.
