Yes Injera, I believe we are. Thanks for asking.

I believe that years of privatisation, commercialisation, globalisation, positive discrimination, importing the worst of American values, too much advertising, unvaried policy, social media, incredibly unfair distribution of wealth (I'm not talking about the well-off, I mean the mega rich), selfish politicians, giving money to banks and so on have put us in loads of bovver and I'm not sure we can recover quickly or easily.

The current govt is the worst I have ever seen

In your opinion, what specific actions have they taken which has made the country a worse place to live in?

I am inclined to think the Callaghan government may have been far worse SF,rotten and weak.

I was going to say you could have gone further but that would have been churlish.

The government is not being helped by the British people . May could be a very good pm , but she needs someone like Tebbit alongside her to push radical measures and reforms through .
Of course the usual suspects won't give her a chance

The elected government should not fear to show itself as an oppressor of Corbyn and the mob that surrounds him

Time for a reality check , Britain is broke

Now in the meantime , don't believe a word that Corbyn says on any given subject , he's a liar

And he , and other labour supporters and members are telling lies on this very issue of racism

And up until the point that someone within the Labour Party loses their job over this and there is a police inquiry into it , then I suggest don't allow yourself to believe anything else
Because when it comes to e.g. redundancies and whether you are made redundant or a member of some ethnic  minority is ,
then they will be looking at quotas , and how it will appear , and the possibility accusations of racism ..
And then you have no job , that's how this goes

Could you explain how Labour will do things better?

Actually, thinking about it, it's a silly thing to ask me.
2 generations of damage is a lot to ask for anyone to fix.

Saying - My lot can do it better than your lot all the time is not an answer to anything.

Given that you consider anything Labour says is **** would render ANY kind of answer pointless.
I consider the current government to be completely useless, so I guess any attempt to try to convince me they'll fix the mess would be equally pointless.

My feelings on who should do what are not important.

As are the feelings of everyone else on here, but everyone has forgotten this and would rather get into great big political arguments.

In fairness that's a very good post with which I agree.

Because when it comes to e.g. redundancies and whether you are made redundant or a member of some ethnic  minority is ,

Which is why I've argued so long for the repeal of the Race Relations Act.
It's nothing more than a tool for opportunists to claim damages that aren't justified.

More importantly the reason why ethnic job seekers get shunned by private companies.

You've argued for it for so long, WHY aren't they listening?

STUDYPORN,
You're not so upset with me that you can't address me now without sticking silly little faces on the end of your sentences.

Tut tut.

That's better STUDYPORN, no silly faces, just your usual silly post.
