Well that's that cleared up. Brigitte Bardot says something so it must be true.
Because she 'was there' she was everywhere at the same time, what a woman!

I had my first tug off to Brigitte, or so I thought, watching Barbarella and thought it was Brigitte .. doesn't matter does it !

Barbarella was indeed Jane Fonda, and for those who recall their 'tug' material, Jane Fonda in 'Klute' will surely be elected unopposed into the Hand Shandy Hall of Fame.

I liked donald sutherland in klute. 

He was very underestimated as an actor and he had sex appeal, sadly lacking in today's actors. I have recently watched all the "24" box sets with his son, keifer - donald had more sex appeal in his little finger than keifer in his whole body.

Was charged with inciting racial hatred. Funny how some react to the truth.

If only France had listened to BB's perfectly sensible, well-judged comments on the insanity of Mass Immigration to France, particularly by those who practice a particular religion.

BB should certainly be refunded that sum in full, ideally along with a large compensation payable by those who took the insane decision to prosecute and fine her.

If only BB's far-sighted views had been listened to, instead of considered illegal. Perhaps France could have avoided the Tsunami of Terror and Crime inflicted by persons fitting the exact profile identified by BB.

Who decides who is racist JD? The answer is, we do, it's subjective in the main. I want a stop to unfettered immigration, you would think that racist and I would disagree. It doesn't matter to me that people like you call me a racist, not at all.
You think it is acceptable to try and cause hurt by using a word you believe to be hurtful, good luck with that.

I'd say it's the courts who decide, saddo. There's nothing subjective about it I'm afraid.

Western countries spend fortunes employing 'experts' whose job it is to analyse and act against the anticipated threats from criminals and terrorists.

If only France had listened to BB's PROVEN clear and far-sighted assessment of the Terror threat to France, given free of charge.

I've had a look at these fines she was given.

It was over her comments that there is too much immigration in France (a sentiment shared by millions by the way) and she singled out muslims in the last one or two of these incidents, prompted largely by her objection to their ritual slaughtering of animals during some festival, now we all know BB is an animal lover so no surprise this made her angry.
But in any case, it was probably her singling out of those-that-shall-not-be-offended that led to the courts wheeling out the racism card.

I see nothing racist in any of her comments. She may well be a racist, I don't know the woman (do you ?) but these comments she made do not make her a racist.
If thats the way it worked, then most people in this country are racists (something the regressives already believe anyway)

But is is such a brilliant card to play and attempts to put anyone with radical non establishment views on the back foot so to speak.

life was much simpler when they all had a nice bush.

reminds me of Shirley Anne Field on Desert Island Discs...said she had always found men very gentlemanly- always holding doors open for her, offering to carry stuff- until she had to look old and without make-up for a part a few years ago...suddenly no bloke was looking at her twice. She was utterly shocked to realise the gentlemanliness was linked to her being fit as fook.


Hardly surprising that a blonde icon and megastar is not the most rounded and considered of individuals but even so BB must be pretty dense to think her own experience in any way reflects that of 99% of women

I learnt, duncan, from a very early age that men did not care that I was intelligent, ambitious, kind etc etc, all they cared about was the way I looked. It stopped me from being ambitious in a way, after all why earn lots of money and prestige if men are only bothered in me being attractive.

I was lucky that I was attractive but knowing men do not appreciate your intelligence or finer qualities is very dispiriting

I must admit though that men still open doors and carry stuff etc for me so I think men are still nice like that, even for an old woman.

I'd be surprised if a man (or a woman) didn't hold a door open for someone carrying something.

I have never been bothered about money much.
