(he was on the telly though so might not have heard me).

I accidentally exposed myself whilst wearing an old pair of shorts. In my defence I was sitting on my own sofa when unexpected guests arrived. Also, as one gets older, the crown jewels quickly take the path of least resistance.

Do you think the judge fall for that excuse KL?

I reckon most judges would understand completely. It comes to us all, sadly.
