9 out of 10 times they'll be right though fife.
Police reaction didn't help either.
Although I think viewing the tv pictures it didn't look like a terror attack.

I thought the same akabula but some posters were making stupid snide remarks as stated above rather than worrying about the possible victims.

I have a feeling we wont ever know the reason why the police decided this was not terror related.

Blatant cover up going on.

We can't have those right wingers thinking they're correct again. We also don't want an increase of Islamophobia. No one died so just pass it off as an accident.

My youngest takes her test in London this month. I thought "oh no". Then I saw a black/brown male being restrained.  Funny how they blanked out the driver on TV. Ah well, probably just an unlicensed, uninsured brother under the influence of drugs (that should be decriminalised) trying to make his way in an ungrateful world.  That could be you or I in different circumstances. Let's not be judgemental.

Did I ever tell you about my experience in the middle of Cromwell Road?  Of course I did.

People Making Snide remarks ?? its getting worse ,and still anyone says a word you are ANTI this or Racist that ,Of which
I am neither ...

So, to summarise :

Hundreds of police officers (many of them armed anti-terrorism personnel) are summoned to attend a road traffic accident in London.

"The terrorists won't change our way of life".

Perish the thought. Even Stevie W can see the terrorists are winning hands down, even when they stay in bed for the day.

Another cringeworthy display from Katie Hopkins, deleting stupid, hate filled tweets and ducking her empty head back below the parapet.

Hey alun, hows it going?, I have stopped listening to the constant drivel we call news, been some months now and I have to say I'm a lot happier as a result. Not only do I not shout at my telly anymore I have also lost that feeling of helplessness generated by lying, cheating, agenda driven people and organisations.

Some might say I'm living in a fools paradise, if that is the case, then I'm right at home. LaughLaugh. Hope all is well with you. Wink

Strange they are appealing for witnesses when they have already decided that it was an RTA, are the  3 passengers not good enough for that role ?

Hi Foxy.  I would say 'mainstream' media has never sunk lower than in the last 15-18 months. A wretched case of pursuing agendas over factual reporting.

Regards and hope all's well.

Only positive is the thought of that cretin Robinson racing up there, unpacking all his gear ready to spout his usual drivel, only to have to pack it up again and go back to his padded cell.

This incident reminded me of something I witnessed in London back in the 90's.  I was on Marylebone Rd when a car in nose to tail traffic on a Rd coming from Regents Park started to shunt backwards and forwards into the cars in front and behind.  It then mounted the pavement and rapidly accelerated for about 30 yards before hitting a bollard and getting stuck.  An ordinary looking bloke got out the and just ambled off as if nothing had happened.

I was only a few yards away and amazingly nobody was hurt.

What nonsense asparagus?

The media and police gave the impression this could be another Islamic attack such as the one last week in Canada.

There is genuine concern about the rise in Islamic terrorism across the world alongside a worrying denial of the problem that is getting more serious.

It is incredible how some people seem content to bury their heads in the sand over the Islamic problems in this country. I can only surmise it is because those problems do not affect them personally?

That is the problem Donny. Some people try to discuss the problem of terrorism in this country without mentioning the elephant in the room - Islam - on the grounds of political correctness. There is a huge problem in that a large percentage of Britain's Muslims are either sympathetic to the terrorists' cause, or they simply will not shop them to the police because they are under orders not to do so. Sadly, this is a fact, but politicians do not appear willing or able to call it like it is.

And that's just the terrorism angle. Look at the despicable events in South Yorkshire with the child abuse scandal. Absolutely freaking sickening how political correctness was a factor in these awful crimes continuing for so long. There are large enclaves of Muslim communities in Britain who do not believe our laws apply to them - they are Muslims above all else and answer to the imam only - and have no interest whatsoever in integrating within British culture.

Do you disagree with any of that?

it's been confirmed he was working the uber app but there is speculation that he wasnt the person registered with the phone and car involved as i said was distinctly possible. if this is true i would hope that the person who let him use his phone and car would have his phv licence immediately suspended until a thorough investigation by tfl is carried out. however, with tfl probably not Scared

still it's not like puber drivers are involved in a lot of driving accidents is it? stone the crows at 10.20 this morning not 200 yards from the scene of yesterday's devastating accident another puber driver managed to get his vehicle onto its roof. amazing. no wonder the nhs cant cope with demand. still tfl are soon to make phv drivers take the same advanced driving test as taxi drivers, hopefully this will get the worst of the lunatics off the road.

i do not agree a large percentage of britains muslims are symathetic to terrorism

child abuse is a separate issue, it is terrible that police turned victims away and
that has helped abusers get away with their crime and for more victims to suffer.

but it wasnt the police doing the crimes, and they have begun to capture the culprits

it isnt just muslims abusing our kids, nor the victims of muslim abusers that struggle to
be heard

people banging an obvious anti mulim agenda are far less likely to solve the problems
of todays society
