The inference was that it was not a musso terrorist attack. It was not ashley an inference of a white man attack or a loon attack or a nazi attack, just not by a musso. Generally speaking black men do not gun down complete strangers statistically.

If anything the sort of people associated with country music are conservative minded, that's the stereotype, so you'd wonder why any "right winger" would attack them, not matter how much of a total nutcase they were, and clearly this guy was mental sc-m. E.g. "A 2004 Gallup survey found nearly 60 percent of country fans identify more strongly with Republicans, compared with 11 percent who identify as liberal"

geordie1956 02 Oct 17 18:46 The OP seems more upset with the Beeb & Fiona Bruce rather than the gunman & what he did....that I find strange
What a ridiculous assumption.I'm merely pointing out the undoubted politically correctness bias by the BBC.Exactly the same on Channel 4 and Sky.The colour of the perpetrator in nearly all cases is only prevalent to these media outlets when it fits their agenda.

OP could have put this minor point in the thread about the shooting, but instead decides to shout about it from the rooftops, presumably so that his right wing forum pals can come along and pat his back.

It would be hypocritical not to think on first hearing the news that it might be an Islamic terrorist attack . To not do so with such things happening on a daily basis in all parts of the world , and in almost all cases by non white muslim extremists. That's why it is unusual for the BBC to mention that it was a white person, they don't mention the colour of the attackers at every other attack .

so salmon says the op is talking twaddle and the BBC mention the colour of the attacker because people might assume that the attacker was a Muslim Well so what ? What has that got to do with the BBC, why shouldn't people assume that. If that happens to be the reality on a daily basis.
