I'm unsure ATM, I've heard several different stories.
Originally was three men in van headed along a pavement and then knife attack.
Now it's just one man involved and no knife.

I must admit it's difficult when the English isn't particularly clear.
Did they say an old man had already collapsed in the road and had people giving him CPR before the van arrived? |

Lots of of different versions at the moment mate, situation is unclear.
I've just heard the van driver had pulled over to help the guy who had collapsed. Hopefully we will get more details soon. |

A terror attack is an attack on us all not just muslims. An attack on all British people. It could be on gays, blacks women etc. An attack on one is an attack on all.

This issue isn't helped by the fact the 'witnesses' can't get their testimonies straight.
One guy said he came and saw the van guy on the floor being held down but continued that it was definitely a targeted attack on Muslims....how could he know he only saw a mad being held down. Also, now the question is over the death, the police spokesman just said they can't assume they are connected or words to that effect. The pictures from the air show the tent positioned at a road junction, not a pavement. |

I've had the news on in the background most of the night and for what it's worth this is what I'd have my money on;
An old bloke comes out to an area where chairs are placed that is technically a road, has a heart attack and receives CPR from fellow Muslims who spill out onto the road. A guy in a van, already p issed off with being inconvenienced by this overspill and maybe a subconscious annoyance by recent events combined with the heat momentarily loses it when people are walking around in the street like its deepest Mogadishu. Panic sets in and fabricated stories generate and pass from one to another who are more than willing to turn the agenda based on some form of Freudian slip and project their own issues onto the scene. In a way of scoring points after being under the kosh because of far worse acts within their own faith. This doesn't explain however why van man was turning into a dead end, which will be pivotal in the evidence IMO. |

seems a bit of a weird one if it was deliberate .
going to the trouble of hiring a van in Wales, driving that distance to mow folk down . There must be nearer mosques ,and if an attempt to kill there must be far easier ways too . Normally this sort of attack is a random one not planned unless it's to grab headlines |

Two wrongs do not make a right and if this is a religiously motivated attack at killing Muslims simply because they are Muslim, then I hope the perpetrator goes down for a long time in prison. But the MSM have bent over backwards to promote an agenda of '#lovery' and '#youaintnomuslimbruvvery'. Short of Kay Burley and Huw Edwards doing a note perfect duet of 'Don't Look Back In Anger', they couldn't have pushed the consensus narrative any more if they'd tried. |

Police said the bloke had been arrested for attempted murder so presumably don't have grounds to suspect he had anything to do with the one confirmed death (so far)

The different approaches to reporting terrorist incidents will not go unnoticed. Public anger is to be kept off our screens at all costs when the perpetrators are Islamic, instead they concentrate on collective stoicism among the carnage. I have seen no news today but I assume Muslim anger is being vented in spades on the TV before the facts are even known?

Early news report on the radio last night said the same thing, a crowd of worshippers were outside the Mosque helping an old man who had collapsed in the road, then this van arrived and drove straight into them. Not clear if that was the man who died, very brave members of the community who overpowered the van driver before police arrived. So many terrible things happening this year it is just insane. |

looks like it was just an accident,,guys satnav took him down the wrong street,, happens to these delivery drivers all the time,, ,, poor guy was already being attended to in the street .. then the van driver panicked,, poor van driver must be distraught.

Not being funny guys, but the shot of the guy responsible showed he had a full head of dark hair, not the usual extreme right No1 jobby, he also looked Mediterranean.arabic??? or maybe it was just because it was still dark when they put hinm into the van, and I need to go to speccys.
Either way, violence begets violence, we could be looking at more innocents dying on our streets this summer because of this alone, and when added to the seemingly endless attacks by Isis nutters it looks like the violent spiral is gathering pace.  |
