Agree totally roger, I don't agree with Labours borrow now pay later promise's Im not to sure either how the Tories low tax party pans out. If we don't all pay our fair share how does society function ? However given the choices I'll stick with Theresa

imagine if everyone in the country took the torys at their word and didnt borrow to pay later and lived within their means ,the country would be bankrupt within a year.even the richest in the country dont use or invest their own money but borrow it from somewhere,

I think Abbots plan was not to have 10,000 from day one, but 10,000 at year four. e.g. 1,000 extra year one, 2,000 extra year two, 3,000 extra year three, 4,000 extra year four.
That way they can say 10,000 extra police and say a relatively small budget( whatever it was she finally come up with!) Of course, the ongoing cost would be great after year four. I am not sure she has the brain to remember that though. |

One issue I'd take though which does in fact reinforce your point....Clegg's career is NOT finished and neither is Blair's or Osbourne's and neither is Alistair Campbell's.. They continue to get air time, peddling their garbage. They're front and centre of debate and so their profile increases leading to new jobs and even greater income and so the merry go round of idiots spouting lies continues.. |

Ms Abbott is also in demand as a speaker – earning thousands more for appearing at literary festivals and corporate events. She also earned £4,000 from speaking on a Thomson Reuters panel in the aftermath of the last election and £500 for taking part in the Selfridges Beauty Project'. In 2014, Ms Abbott was paid £2,000 for speaking at a 'Citywealth Power Women lunch' in January; £1,000 for making a speech at a 'diversity event' that same month; £2,500 plus expenses for speaking at a 'Women in Politics' event in Jersey in July and £2,000 to talk at the BNP Paribas-sponsored black history event in October.  |

Abbots has just released a statement saying her figures are correct.
Mike Ashley is being put in charge of the pay structure .1 in every 10 working people in the UK looks like they will be police officers , like the way she tried to blame him for mentioning 250,000 too.I wouldn't trust her to count her fingers and thumbs correctly, never mind putting her in charge of anything. |

Its utterly astonishing that she has any position of responsibility in the Labour party, in fact its astonishing she can hold down any kind of job at all. She`s an imbecile, who is so far up her own aSS its untrue. Utterly unemployable in my opinion. The latest car crash is just another in a long line, - Chairman Mao - despite killing zillions - being a force for "good"..... West Indian Mums better than any other Mums and given the chance to change that she wouldnt....the free taxi rides you and I have been paying for her to get home.....how whitey likes to play divide and rule.....how comprehensive schools are the best for everybody, but Im sending mine to private schools....Im a traditional Labour voter, and have never voted Tory, but this vile wretched person has given me no choice but to vote Tory or abstain

Yes it will be a Tory landslide ;when the chips are down the great majority of people in this country are prepared to vote sensibly;they can recognise a dead duck when they see it. The Labour party will come back in one form or another and as soon as they replace the present shambolic leadership with someone like Hilary Benn at the helm they can start to rebuild themselves .It's not that long ago that the Conservatives lost the plot and quite rightly were punished by the electorate and yet they came back.....everything in life just goes round in circles.

I daren't write my views on Abbott as someone would undoubtedly get me banned and i'm on a 'last chance' having been accused of a racist comment when Yaya Toure threw his toys out of the pram when Man City 'dissed' him by not giving him a big enough birthday present.Oh for a successor to Enoch Powell and an end to political correctness.A spade is a spade,not a shovel.

Have to agree with your post posy,they take turns being useless and then recover to be less useless and back into government. It does worry me that Labour can be so bad and not understand where they are just now. Hague and IDS spring to mind in a similar state.
