some of these labour members have been car crash events. Corbyn is widely derided but an additional problem is the shadow ministers are of a shocking standard. Seeing them in interviews they just seem to be making things up as they go along. If they continue like this it could be an absolute disaster

Usually a general election is a battle between a government and government in waiting.
Unfortunately, we have a government versus a protest movement - and a very incoherent one at that. A very sad and worrying state of affairs. |

JC, 30 odd years a protester, its the easiest thing in the world to be in politics. Now a potential leader he doesn't have any answers.. of course.. It's easy to criticise, but asked to give a viable, believable alternative,.. not so easy. They (his supporters) say he is a man of principle, examine his past and suprise, suprise, he fckin ain't. Examine any modern politicians Raison d'être, and you will find the same.

So why is she having an election?? Wasn't there a story doing the rounds in in WW2 that the allies didn't want Hitler dead as he was doing more damage to Germany whilst he was alive? Same could be said of Corbyn and the labour party.. |

maybe we,ve got it the wrong way round,maybe its the electorate who,ve got it wrong,2 years ago there was talk of no party ever getting a majority again and coalitions were the future,now a party who,s been split over europe for 40 years and a pm,chancellor were ditched and the country is split down the middle over europe,we,re talking about sed same party never been out of office again,how does that work

Ps don't forget it is the media feeding us this spin too Like how they almost ignore the M and I words. The bearded one's disappear off the radar as soon as tv programmes decently can. But mention Paris shootings on sky news and they start bleating and worrying about how many votes Le pen might get. Pure manipulation of the time spent on discussion. Directing it the way they want it to go. One presenter (on aljazeera) actually asked 'what do le pen supporters look like'? I do not joke. On sky last night a woman was rabbiting on about Putin being the biggest danger with Trump a close second. Trumpton was described by her as delusional and psycho etc etc. The other expert (who is from muslim extraction) and the other presenter, just nodded along with it all. No questioning her - no analysis - just a quiet acceptance of every word she uttered. I know I am driveling on but the shocking imbalance of the so called national tv news programmes in the uk is appalling. For me it is all about manipulating the electorate into accepting the status quo. You are only going to get the same lot back in after 9 june and the same in france. And then the same old propaganda - after all - the journos jobs depend on that status quo. |

She's just spoken on ITV News about the poor bloke from her constituency who was stabbed to death in Harlesden London yesterday. She can actually speak, and not just nod as she's always done in PMQ!
Let's hope this is the beginning to justify her mega salary on the shadow front bench courtesy of Mr Corbyn. |
