Apparently, the attacker looked very young.  Witnesses reckoned he was only 23 or 24 and got left behind in Calais because he was too young to get taken into the UK.

Has the BBC reported that the perp was a mentally ill person of Asian extraction using his human rights to protest about Trump's election victory in the only way he felt he could be heard?

Sounds like just the sort of person all the bleeding hear liberal Guardian readers think is suited to life in the UK!
