I doubt that IP address is the main control, that would prevent multiple people on the same router from signing.

The government site sends you a clickable link in an email to the address you provide. You must click it to complete the process.

You can't sign a petition more that once with the same email address. I guess if you own more than one address you could sign multiple times, but I'm not going to try it to test it.

Doubtless a determined fraudster could devise a method, but it's hardly worth it for a petition.

If the Muslim majority wanted to disown and root out militant extremists they probably could. Collectively they do nowt much and simply leave the problem to the West.

Do you know what?

I'm not really bothered.

Brexit - Yippee

Trump - Yippee

Democracy - Yippee

I win, pinkos, libtards lose.

And libtards, you'd better get used to it.  The silent majority is waking up (at long last)

The Left is now so messed-up that they regard Islam as their best friend, and Trump as their enemy. We in the UK even have a political party that sucks up to The Religion of Peace by shamefully staging Segregated Meetings. The (so-called) feminists on the March Against Trump have never uttered a peep of protest against the hourly oppression of their sisterhood in the lands where peace-loving religions rule.  Many of these privileged Western women, who thankfully have never suffered a day's oppression in their lives, absurdly even wore hijabs 'in support' of the peace-loving community.

I would actually rather not have Muslims here nor Christians. I prefer atheists/agnostics.
I am a bit past marching about anything but I sign petitions against the oppression of women in Islamic communities almost as enthusiastically as I am sure alun does.

Seems quite a huge figure, hopefully one that will resonate internationally. It is encouraging to see that CNN, USA Today, Reuters etc are picking up the vibe.

No ss. Its been signed by hundreds of thousands of people who completely ignore things like mass rapes carried out by muslim immigrants in our cities but froth at the mouth of the very word Trump.

Student-politics grandstanding.

Engage....debate....protest....listen to what makes your enemies tick and then trust to the intellectual rigor of the public to come down on the side with the best ideas.

Or, ban (and in the process give some outlaw rebel chic to Trump) and convince yourselves you've 'won' because you've not given a platform to a 'Nazi'.....you phooking idiot

There s no chance of the petition being successful; the arm of the establishment is beating the dust out of the moth eaten brocade in readiness for the charade even as we vote. No matter that the state visit goes ahead; the idea is to let the good people of the USA know that we good people of the UK were not accurately represented by the stooping stick-insect in Washington last week.

I don't particularly like being accused of condoning rape any more than grabbing women's p*****s
I do not want to see a racist, mysogonistic narcissist given a State visit. How desperate are we ?

The people in this country who want him banned are clearly a small minority donny, what didn't you understand about what I said?
By:

When: 30 Jan 17 15:50
What the libtards seem to not understand is simply this ...

the US is a democracy.

Trump won the election.

He said what he would do when he was campaigning.

The majority voted him in.

He's starting to do what he said he would do.

Do you have to be thick to be a libtard?

No the majority did not vote him in , he won the electoral college but he did not win the popular vote
