Netherlands tops health care rankings, with UK in 14th place - UK spend, 8.7 percent of GDP on NHS.
germany - 11.3 percent - netherlands 10.9
So we are behind by twenty five percent of our current budget. a quarter of 8.7, add it on and you get what the Dutch and the Germans are spending.
