What are people's thoughts on iPlayer compared to say Netflix or Amazon Prime?
How would you improve the platform? Can you think of any features you'd like to see?
Does anyone experience it crashing at all?

Never had any technical problems with it as long as my broadband connection was stable.
I find it easy to use, decent interface etc. Just very thin on content. Thats about to change so they say. Netflix has way more content and more of the stuff I watch but can be a pain to find something you want to watch. Endless scrolling right and down. Have they never heard of a SEARCH function FFS  Amazon Prime is only good for scouting new stuff, which you then watch somewhere else, for free  |

I have never had any problems with iPlayer. I download anything I want to watch onto my iPad then watch it on my TV through my Apple TV box.
Brilliant quality picture. Things do take an age to download tho', which is a bit of a pain. I don't have Netflix or Amazon Prime so can't compare. |
