I am totally sick of the BBC bias against trump, anyone appointed by trump, and anything to do with trump, compared to the love-in they have for Obama.
And I don't trust trump one bit. Don't like him, he's an ar5e, but anyone can see the BBC (and other media) are not going to give him the slightest chance or benefit of the doubt regardless.

I think we should drop sanctions against Russia, they harm us as well as Russia.

The sanctions are because Russia has annexec Crimea, Byt since 97% of the population are Russian and voted by referendum

to be part of Russia, there seems absolutely no point in forcing Crimea to be part of the Ukraine.


The situation in Eastern Ukraine is trickier. Putin has pledged to stand by Russians in countries in of the old Soviet Union,

wherever they may be. This includes East Ukraine. But it has to be said that East Ukraine is still part of Ukraine not Russia.

It is a difficult situation, I hope sensible negotiation between Putin and Trump can solve this.

If russia doesn't throw it's weight around and invade more of eastern europe etc why not be friends?
We've a lot more in common with them than other countries and cultures we are apparently desperate to be friendly with.

Once they've got enough Weatherspoons and Rubleland we might even grow to like each other.
