My mass media told me that Assad and Putin were looking to get it done before either Clinton or Trump take office.
By:
Aleppo is falling to Assad....
This civil war needs to be ended, either by a permanent truce leading to the division of Syria or victory by one side. Only then will the atrocities stop and Muslim refugees stop coming into Europe. I think an Assad victory would be better than a continuing civil war, if that is the only way to end it. Just my own opinion. |

I do not know if Trump has any ideas?
By:
appoint putins mate as secretary of state is the trump plan !
By:
Osborne now blames parliament when Cameron was defeated over intervention.
But I cannot see how that would have helped? If Putin holds Assad up he cannot lose. If we hold the rebels up they cannot lose. We also have that barbarous wildcard ISIS involved, who seem to believe killing everybody is the answer. There should have been no outside interference in the Middle East at all, from the First Gulf War on. We don't like them, we don't like their Religion, we should have left them as they were. |

i blame lawrence of arabia

Assad's troops are shooting civilians on site, the hate in that place is out of control.
Someone needs to arrange a truce allow the remaining rebels and civilians to leave. He is one of my heroes donny ![]() |

I have heard and seen that people in aleppo were celebrating assad's lot taking over aleppo. This came from a french source on facebook. Don't know how genuine though.
By:
me too ebul, !
there is much hatred over there, intervention by anybody creates an inbalance |

Imagine if the west backing of the islamists had succeeded. As they waded into Damascus.

They backed the wrong side again. Who is controlling the televisual feast of western propaganda.
Instead trying to drown out the truth (now being revealed on the ground in Syria) with a lot of noise and hot air, those political hotshots (together with the corporate media, UN and a lot of NGO organisations) better start explaining where those "250.000 citizens under siege in Aleppo" are. The city has been retaken for 100%, and only 80.000 citizens have been encountered, of whom the vast majority, as soon as they realized they were liberated from the 'moderate' jihadis crossed over to government-controlled territory, and are now celebrating in the streets of Aleppo. While a barrage of articles and reports now is unleashed, complaining about "meltdown of humanity in Aleppo", hardly any of those sources are verifiable. Meanwhile the tens of thousands Aleppo citizens who were stuck in eastern-Aleppo and now crossed over to government-controlled area are very easy to approach for interviewing. And yet, NONE of the eyewitness comments by those people have appeared in the western media. What a farce. |
By:
celebrate or be shot
no brainer really |
By:
funny how this up coming slaughter of 250 000 put out by the media never happened - strange that.
By:
Ozzie swallows the televisual feast of western propaganda. Nothing like keeping a balance. A one sided balance ho ho!!
By:
newspapers tell lies shocker
still they've managed to brainwash vast swathes of british population |
By:

By:

French now bleating on about how nasty mr assad is etc etc but didn't they give save haven to his uncle??
Anyway - try this - lengthy trail of internal government documents exposes the US, the UK, and their allies as both “the arsonists and the firefighters” in Syria. These now publicly available intelligence memos confirm that the US, the UK, and their allies were never interested in protecting civilians, but in orchestrating a violent push for regime change at all costs 1) British and American special forces were already on the ground advising anti-Assad militants in the first year of the Syrian conflict (2011) As revealed by WikiLeaks - 2) Saudi Arabia was committed to overthrowing the Syrian government “by all means available Wikileaks translated Saudi memo https://t.co/aeBKElnSHd 3) US military intelligence warned the White House in 2012 that the West’s covert war in Syria would produce “an Islamic State” (precisely what Daesh (Isis/Isil) claimed to be creating two years later in 2014) Wikileaks MSM video - https://youtu.be/Z1aDciHCejA |

BBC + C4 news horrified that their friends in Al Queada are losing... Their Guardians will be soggy with tears.
By:
That is so unfair. I always turn to the guardian to get the correct perspective.
By:
so assad wonderful now ?
lol anything to promote your clan views |
By:
The politically correct perspective perhaps :)
By:
"clan views". What does that even mean? I mean do you literally have brain damage?
By:
I think one should gather information from as many sauces as possible - even if the sauces may not suit one's taste. For instance, I love(but shouldn't have) Heinz Tommy Ketchup but dislike HP brown sauce. At least I have tasted both to form an opinion. Others on here would just swallow(ho ho) the adverts.
By:
you know fine well what it means
else you would not have passed comment do you literally have brain damage ? strange question, but no surprise from the clan |
By:
It is called fishing with bait. ho ho.
By:
Or simple sniping. No content.
By:
I tried Heinz Ketchup on my Amazon Stick but I found BBC iPlayer a more satisying experience. Not just red silent and stationary for a start, and it doesn't bung up the HDMI slot.
By:
It seems the west has screwed up. Where next? Backed the wrong horse again. Not that this has ended.
By:
Don't press the button!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BANG!!!! Too late!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
By:
Ceasefire reached. Evacuation begins tomorrow. Not mentioned if any DAESH left hanging from trees or locked in cages with a 100 ft hosepipe poking in..
By:
I understand that the US are going to cut back on arms to the Saudis - what a wonderful opportunity for our exports!!!
By:
Aleppo now chip paper. It's all Yemen now on sky news.
By:
I love boris and the rest bleating on about assad and allepo as british supplied cluster bombs rain down on Yemen.
By:
Please remember the Saudis have a right to defend themselves! (as long as it's with US/UK-made arms)
By:
Thank you very much for that correction. I humbly apologize. The threat from Yemen is great.
