A great deal was spoken during the campaign about how the 'tough' Obama deported 3 million illegal immigrants during his Presidency, so I fail to see why this is suddenly a big issue when a Republican wishes the Department of Immigration to continue their work.
Why weren't the lefties and media criticising Obama and the Democrats? What's not to like about deporting criminals? |

Ron I lived in Texas for years - it isn't something that is made up. To give a simplistic answer to a complicated issue - your average American is not going to make ends meet doing some of the jobs at the $ available. However, if you're from Mexico the wage will be a significant increase and you'd be able to send money back home. A better solution in my mind is to make a path to citizenship.
