My brother in law suffered badly from gout. He used to drink a lot of full cream milk.
His Dr advised him to cut right back - too much fat. He hasn't had any pain since.

There really is nothing good about getting older.
And, what's worse, no-one warns you about the stuff going wrong. Well, either that, or being young, we just weren't listening.

It's Allopurinol, Zen. One letter out. I'm on 100mg which is apparently a low dosage, as I've a mate who's on much higher than that. I booze too much, always have.

The cider vinegar gives me heartburn as well.
So i chomp on chalk all day long.

I don't like going to the GP, they seem to have a fetish for sticking their fingers up old arses.

The only reason they'd do that is to check for enlarged prostate. But this is an outdated and inaccurate test.
Nowadays it's a simple case of a blood sample being tested for PSA count. I have this test every year. It's good to have reassurance about a cancer with such a high death rate.

According to a recent study, older men with prostate cancer - if it's not an aggressive form but a slowly developing type, they should not always get surgery or radiation treatment.

That’s because for most men, having a low to moderate risk of prostate cancer is not a major red flag for early death. If the cancer is so slow-growing they could probably outlive it anyway, and many of these men could die from other causes first. And also having the treatment plus all the possible side effects, so it's like, your going to go one way, what do you want to do.....Sad

forget chalk tablets - as you age your stomach acid gets weaker.
you can't absorb calcium so your bones weaken. throwing chalk down your
throat weakens the acid in your stomach. it's a quick fix. expensive too.
you can buy bicarb soda from Sainsburys(not dr oetker as this is super sheete)
the generic stuff. for 80p. It's a short term fix. but what you need to do
is buy apple cider vinegar(aspels £1.50) get acid and drink some apple juice
with a shot of apple cider vinegar in it. you need more acid not less.
eat boiled cabbage to repair stomach, licorice(short term)- gelatine sweets.
gelatin good for stomach. oregano oil kills candida (stomach problems?)
coconut oil, chicken stock and jelly, diacromacous earth provides silica to
help absorb calcium, building bones. veg grown in sand for silica too. oats for silica.

EGGS - chickens were given no calcium, but still layed eggs with hard calcium shells. Only when silica was withdrawn from their diet did their eggs stop coming.
SILICA you muppets.

put some oats into your yogurt. raw oats.

best to ignore that nonsense from the baron. In some dreamy country like Japan, or China? parents walk with their children and both,

the parents as well as their children, felt good.
