Articulate? Are you for real. This is the thug who has to pretend it was "just a joke" every time some of his nastiness is exposed.
One of the biggest criticisms of Corbyn is the fact that he gave a senior job to Mad Mac. |

By:
Hi Dotch..
Sorry I know the guy has back form... Don't know too much about him but sometimes you don't have to utter pure prose in your speech to be articulate maybe his direct incisive delivery could be considered articulate. |
|
By:
Another one trying to re-write his history with lies.
With him and Jeremy at the top Labour will never be electable. |
|
By:
I'm very saddened to learn of your views on John McDonnell, TM.
This is the man who gave a speech stating that the IRA should be honoured for the bombings which killed so many innocent people and also said he would assassinate Margaret Thatcher if he could go back in time. He should be nowhere near British government in my view. |
|
By:
Clive Lewis, the shadow defence secretary, came across well on Sky News yesterday. He's a genuine left-winger, I believe, but seems far more intelligent than the rest of the opposition front bench.
|

Poker...
I respect you and your views from the days of yore....I have only recently become aquainted with Mr.Mcdonell and as an expat I find him quite convincing. I'm sure if you examine us all you might wish to retract a particular comment. |
|
By:
He openly supported the ira along with Jeremy.
Shared many a platform with them but more worrying attended some of their 'social' events. Told blatant lies about it on QT first time around. As PM says he should be nowhere near the British government. |
|
By:
Likewise, TM. You always strike me as very measured and thoughtful, sir.
Very true, we all say things we would like to take back now and again, but some of McDonnell's comments were beyond the pale. I think the Thatcher comment was supposed to be a joke, one in extremely poor taste of course, but a joke nonetheless. Saying that the IRA bombers should be honoured, however, is simply unforgivable in my mind. |

This investigation by The Telegraph uncovered some uncomfortable evidence, none of it denied by McDonnell or Corbyn. It's worth a read if you have a spare five minutes, TM.

Thanks PM
I'll check that out. |

They truly are (or were at least) despicable people.

Thatcher and Reagan started the mess that we are in today.
destroyed the world's economy with Debt. the world's economy in the eighties was a few trillion. it's now 100 trillion. That's all debt. Imaginary numbers. they reduced tax that supports the infrastructure of society. roads.bridges.hospitals - all shifted into private hands. biggest bank heist in history by suits. but don't say 'thatcher' was anything but a paragon of virtue? Her son tried to take over a country... WTF. |

' investigation by The Telegraph ....'
That's all you need to know |

he will get his shot after the 2020 GE if there is anything of them left to lead.

The thug enforcer who allows Corbyn to be the poster boy of the 'I do politics differently (as long as everyone agrees with me)' brigade.

|
|
By:
Does he still have Chairman Mao's little red book to guide him?
|
|
By:
His demeanour reminds me of another scouser.....Leonard Rossiter.

By:
Rigsby would be a much more credible shadow Chancellor.

can't beleive English labour more left than Scottish labour
|
|
By:
Dot whats your problem with Jeremy and Labour , lets ask you if Smith would have won would you vote for them then ?
|
|
By:
they should be embraced and saluted because Labour will never get in with those two planks and their brownshirts running the show.
|

Paul Mason's Guardian article reads well....
https://www.theguardian.com/politics/commentisfree/2016/sep/26/the-real-lesson-from-corbyns-victory-you-cant-hold-back-history CorMac not left enough for SWP> |
|
By:
Mason was one of the many unbiassed BBC reporters in his day, wasn't he ?
|
|
By:
I have no problem with Labour. Im not a fan of a lot of Corbyns ideas and his lack of competence but my real issue is with McDonnell who shouldnt even be an MP of a decent political party let alone in a powerful role.
I probably wouldnt vote for Smith but id certainly be a potential voter for Jarvis. |
|
By:
Socialist fratricide.Totally unelectable.

What age do people stop worrying about voting ?

The thought of these left wing extremist sc*m getting into power is the stuff of nightmares.
This is 2016 not 1976. |
|
By:
McDonnell is a worse shadow chancellor than Corbyn is a party leader
he redefines incompetence |
|
By:
Corbyn is an idiot, misguided, a dangerous fool, and would be a total disaster but I don't think he's actually an evil person. There's something about McDonnell that makes me think he has a very dark soul
."Something of the night" on steroids. |

By:
It's not about who is reporting it anxious it's what Brown and his cronies did.
You may think it was fair but I doubt you were on the receiving end of it. |
|
By:
Of course it matters who reports it , a proprietor and paper that hates the Labour Party is bound to the truth eh.
