I liked Hester's comments last week that Nip Tuck has the heart of a mouse and he tried to sell him but put the wrong horse on the horse box. He spooked when a waiter dropped a couple of wine glasses apparently.
I'd like to read something like that in the Racing Post from a trainer ahead of a big race instead of 'horse is well, ran well last time, we expect him to run a nice race blah,blah' |

Goodfellow, who failed to offer any of his own ideas during the entire competition, merely did exactly what he saw Olympian Tom Daley do, to the point of being completely indistinguishable from him.

The results aren't official yet but it looks like Dutchman Ferry Weertman has been given the win in the men's 10km race after the judges study a photo finish. Greece's Spiros Gianniotis is provisionally awarded silver and Marc-Antoine Olivier the bronze.
Great Britain's Jack Burnell was right in the mix in a thrilling finish and was fifth but now appears to have been disqualified. This must be appealed, judges are payola muppets ! |

Why was cavendish not kicked out of the sprint race?
He cut straight infront of a rider taking him out which then resulted in two others coming down behind and one having to be stretchered off after receiving treatment? It happened around 14 mins into the race, I urge anyone to look at that and tell me how that's allowed? It wasn't even clipped wheels it was a full wheel knocked him off then moved back to position. |
