a quick check of the fridge has found 7.5ug per 100g in Flora buttery

none in Utterly Buttery [ Clover ]

I think the Tesco product has very little vitamin D as it is listed last.

that's not enough if you're severely deficient in vitamin D. you're better off taking it in high strength capsules.

you can take about 10,000 IUs per day and be safe.
There are articles online which say high doses can be toxic but we're talking 100,000s of units a day to be toxic

How about a tin of mackerel or sardines? Tuna's not bad either. Or eat liver once a week and never worry about vitamin or mineral deficiency ever again.

Or simply get out and enjoy the sun at this time of year without sunscreen.

use pink salt - 90 trace minerals
