We seem happy to condemn Muslim men....but I ask the question.

who has more sense, them or us?

ebulGery, I know how you feel about women, but in this instance you should be ashamed of yourself.

So you think it is okay to stone women to death for adultery, marry child brides of seven, raping and making sex slaves of captives, mutilating young girls without anesthetic etc etc ?

I thought better of you, ebulGery Sad

You are picking the most extreme examples, which most Muslim men do not do.....

I think we allow women far too much power in the West, which men will regret more and more in time....

Women are indispensable in their role, which is basically wife and mother, although we can allow some exceptions.

The way I see it men lead, women support....believe me that is the best way.

But of course you won't believe me...which is your choice.

I have seen women get more power and more power in my lifetime, I have seen our society suffer for this.

I suffered myself...which is why I now see the truth, before that I was like everybody else on here.

I have never harmed a women personally in my life and never will.

I appreciate I have the advantage over you here acquiesce. Not only have I seen and actually touched a real woman but I've had sex with a few over the years. If someone ever takes pity on you and throws you a bone you may begin to develop empathy for the opposite sex. In the meantime make sure to keep your own special lady pumped up.

Every single war ever started has been created and fought in by men.

Religion was started by men, and that has been the most destructive action ever taken in earths history.

I want women to have the same choices as men.  It's a fundamental right in a free world.  Many women, maybe even the majority of women, want to be wives and mothers first, but this is no longer cool.  But if we accept that rights of equality in the work place and in relationships must be replicated in parenthood, housing and financial obligations to children, which are massively unequal as things stand.

I understand men caring for our own women, wife, girlfriend, mother, daughter.....but what I don't understand

is why do we care for all women?

If I was to say I feel sorry for Muslim women, would beautiful Muslim women have sex with me in gratitudeBlush
I don't think they would, so I don't say it.

You are forgetting Helen of Troy scandianavian, and I have a feeling women do not object a lot when our men killing Muslim men.

How do you know religion started by men, in fact Christianity was strongly pushed by women?

I did not like Thatcher, but that was because of her politics not her sex.

I like Boudicca a lot more, I said I allow some exceptions to the rule.

She was badly treated by the Romans. She very nearly defeated the Romans, but Suetonius pulled a rabbit out of the hat

and defeated her at the battle of Watling Street, very sad

I'm not a history expert Scandinavian but I'd be pretty confident that not every single war was started by men.  I'd also be quite confident that there are many more practising Christian women in the UK than men.  Virtually every major building has been built by men, and virtually every major invention has been invented by men.  Maybe that will change now that women have more and more opportunities.

Ebulgery,

Even though you're massively mysogynistic and have some truly weird attitudes, one of the reasons you're relatively popular on this forum, I submit, is that you don't have a massive ego like lots of others. It always feels like you're more open to reason than the average, but you have a huge mental block when it comes to women and gáys.

So, just let me try something. For a moment, be objective about the situation. Don't you think that it's very likely that your views on women have been significantly affected by your interactions with them over your life? Therefore, while I totally understand your not liking women, do you really think you're in any way capable of coming up with anything approaching an unbiased opinion on them?

If I met a bloke who'd been horribly mauled by a dog when he was 3, and then again when he was 12 and then again when he was 20 and he told me he didn't like dogs, I'd say fair enough, I'm not surprised! But if he started telling me that dogs were pure evil and they were the Devil's animal and with the way the world was going dogs would soon have more power than people, I wouldn't take him that seriously.

I mean, doesn't the fact that you're the most mysogynistic bloke even on an extremely mysogynistic forum make you wonder whether you've taken your position a bit too far?

An interesting post Patra. I admit I do not have an unbiased opinion on women because they hurt me badly, which had a bad effect on my life.

I have never found anyone else, my life never recovered, so that wound has never healed. I don't think it ever will.

To take your dog analogy, if someone had a permanently open wound for life from being mauled by a dog, do you think they would ever forgive dogs?

I have not actually said, yet, that women are pure evil and are the devil's animals. But I admit I have been tempted Laugh

Ta for the nice bits of your post patra.

They often annoy me and I don't want to marry one (look what happened to the OP ffs) but they are no better or worse as people than men. Plus, tits are fantastic.

As far as the dog analogy goes, I was bitten by different dogs twice around the age of 6-9, although both times it was single bites not maulings.  I am also very badly allergic to dog hair, such that I'd probably need hospitalisation if I stayed overnight at a house with dogs.  I can confirm I don't like dogs Happy and people who own them don't realise how bad their house stinks to non dog owners.  You also have to walk around with plastic bags picking up their poop, which doesn't appeal to me one bit.  I do however recognise the loving affection that dogs show to their owners, which if having a stinky house, running round after them and picking up poop doesn't bother you, is a price worth paying.

Being in a loving relationship and having a close family is the best feeling, but it comes at a price, and that price is higher for men than for women, which the OP is finding out.
