Honestly? A man seeking equity should come with clean hands. In other words contact them and agree an affordable plan to pay off the debt.

When you're in a hole, stop digging, contact them as EO says, and start climbing out.
Report Ibrahima Sonko April 25, 2016 11:16 PM BST
Im sure they will let you pay it off over 1 or 2 years.

Tell them that you have Voided it.

Or it was a palpable error. Laugh

I always thought gambling debts were not recoverable by law, more a gentlemans agreement rather than set in stone. Who offers credit bets these days anyway ? Especially to 9 bills, thought wealthy mugs like Wazza Rooney could only get a courtesy like that.
Report Eeternaloptimist April 25, 2016 11:46 PM BST
If memory serves me right they refined the law some years ago. You'll have to excuse me as I've given the Guinness and Laphrioag a battering tonight but I'm pretty sure that was the case.

£900 on an even money shot.
Report kincsem April 26, 2016 8:31 AM BST
Seriously
1) stop betting
2) pay £10 a week for two years
3) use the two years to learn a bit about how to analyse form and such.

ring them & explain the situation - but say your willing to try &
gamble your way out of it if with them, if they'll cut you some slack
Report Stow_judge April 26, 2016 12:16 PM BST
Tell them that they can have £1.66 and the rest at SP.

Accuse them of bonus abuse and tell them that you have voided the bets to be fair on other punters.

Tell them you can't pay as it's a traders decision.
