I saw for the first time a few weeks ago on the BBC website them saying a certain event would be shown live on other channels, perhaps they have made an agreement to stop treating customers with contempt across the board?
How lame it has always been for the BBC to give the news about the build up of a sporting event and to only say 'you can listen to it on BBC radio', when it's available on itv or others to watch.
