The reason the BBC never uses evidence of detection in court is because the tech does not exist and never has. Even if it did say you live in a flat and you had a tv on one side of the wall and your neighbor had theirs on the opposite side of the same wall....how could they possibly know which house or flat, even if the technology existed, which it doesn't.

When they are checking for a tv you will see a number of men, maybe 3 or 4 walking down the same street, often stopping at a number of different addresses. If you are in a flat they call and you can look out and ignore them and then watch as they walk away and try further down the same street.

They will be smartly dressed, often middle aged or older with the look of ex military.

Without bothering to read the rest of the thread, they spend most of their money on layers of unnecessary management and self-congratulatory promos. They were good, very good at times. Now the self-perpetuating, self-serving, liberal-left self-elected elite peddle anything that will keep them in each-others good books and the level of state-funded comfort they have become accustomed to. Most pertinently, they used to have reporters who had had other careers, were worldly-wise and slightly cynical - now they have career-reporters with little outside experience, and who could have been cloned. The internet/cable/satellite is stripping them bare, entertainment-wise. What a shame they blew the news impartiality as well.
