PS

Has Cameron sorted out the vote date yet? I would suggest December 31st a good idea..

g2d,

It wouldn't just be Cameron who would've been made aware of this info by the security services so do you really believe that he'd lie in the Commons in the knowledge that someone could so easily contradict him?

Should we bomb Syria?  No, most certainly not.

NOT IN MY NAME!

I marched for Iraq in Glasgow when that fukcer Blair was running the show and Cameron wants to be very careful that he doesn't make a similar mistake!

https://www.rt.com/uk/323838-protest-uk-syria-bombing/  The comments at the end are well worth reading.

Then you're more daft than I thought.

It would be a resigning matter.

The fact that Corbyn's loony left mob are not even disputing this fact should tell you all you need to know.

I'm daft and you believe that politicians don't lie? Eejit. If there is a common ground to support a lie then the branches off the same tree will all support it. As for Corbyn, i'm sure that certain people will be quite happy to see him fall flat on his face.

You mean resign like Blair did? You mean resign like Bush did? Engage yer 3 brain cells before you comment. This is supposed to be a serious fred, and silly boys should keep your comments to within your nurseries..

Please provide the evidence to the contrary?

Oh, you can't.

Next you'll be saying the Paris massacre never happened.

Apologist.

No point in arguing amongst ourselves lads cos that is the elite's plan.

We should be examining each others' arguments and asking each other relevant questions of explanation.

imo

Anyone asked him to prove this? I asked first.....

Calling me an apologist only proves one thing i'm afraid (actually the most bizarre thing i've ever had said about me) Namely that you shouldn't be let out of home without a carer.

Now if ye can engage those 3 cells for just a mo, can ye please explain what a confirmed terrorist attack with 130 deaths has to do with a PM making up stories to suit an agenda? Just about the most ludicrous and insane analogy i've ever seen written on any forum in the history of forums. Good grief man, you are making a holy show of yerself. Why you decided to attack me and call me daft and then write the above is quite simply astonishing.

No.  The whole thing is a farce.  Bomb someone this week, next week supply them with arms, the week after they're firing them at you.

It won't make a blind bit of difference if we add our 2% to the total number of bombs dropped.

Oh but ours are very accurateLaugh  Must be true a politician said so..only killed one innocent in Irag bombing.

Remember Stormin Norman and his film of bombs going down chimminys in the gulf war...only killed a few 100,000 civilians...must have been a lot standing too close to the chimmnyLaugh

It seems Camerloon rather dislikes a preacher by the name of Sheikh Abu Muhammad al-Adnani. Apparently he would like to decapitate this wayward chappie.. He sounds rather angry, Camerloon that is. I wonder if he's done his yoga?

You're getting mixed up with Lionel Blair who was in Glasgow doing an afternoon matinee show at the Pavillion.

"In a sign of an imminent Commons vote it is understood that No 10 has drawn up a draft motion to extend the UK airstrikes to Syria. The motion, which is still being worked on, is believed to refer to the need to use military action to degrade Isis and reduce its threat, while at the same time pursuing a clear political process to bring stability to the region. It will also mention the need for immediate humanitarian support and longer-term stabilisation."

casus belli
.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Casus_belli

In formally articulating a casus belli, a government typically lays out its reasons for going to war, its intended means of prosecuting the war, and the steps that others might take to dissuade it from going to war. It attempts to demonstrate that it is going to war only as a last resort (ultima ratio) and that it has "just cause" for doing so. Modern international law recognizes only three lawful justifications for waging war: self-defense, defense of an ally required by the terms of a treaty, and approval by the United Nations.

Its another illegal war (UN resolution 2249 does not invoke Chapter VII), you would think labour would have had enough of them by now Crazy The lawyers will argue its self defense, but thats nonsense. France could invade Belgium under similar pretext.

Can understand Tories wanting to use any means available, but Labour after how their members reacted to Iraq. Parlimentary labour party is rotten

The Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond accepted a watch worth almost £2,000 from a Saudi sheikh despite a ban on ministers taking gifts worth more than £140.

Mr Hammond has argued he accepted the £1,950 watch in his capacity as a constituency MP, which meant the ministerial rule did not apply, The Sunday Times reported.

So no other Labour leader was ever elected?

Tony Blair (not a Blairite btw) had the authority of the electorate but that didn't stop St Jeremy from rebelling.
