1967 in Leeds was mainly spent at the "Yorkshire Hussars", Aunty, at the bottom of The Headrow. A whole bevy of beauties were always available in the bar upstairs. Building demolished not so long ago.

I didn't have the money back in '67 as I had just finished Uni and was in debt. Bet your new girlfriend was impressed.
Although I had no money, I still had a nice girlfriend who was happy to walk. Life was simpler then. |
