One shouldn't seek to bring levity to such a thread but this is an opportunity which shouldn't be missed. I can imagine the Defence Barrister peering over his glasses and asking earnestly, " and can you confirm for the jury that there were categorically no bushes in the immediate vicinity as you sprang out cocck in hand?" Being charitable ebul you have a somewhat antiquated view of the law of rape. Yes it is true that at one time a man couldn't rape his wife but you need to at least seek to move into the 20th century. We can drag you further in time perhaps. |

What has happened? a boyfriend has had sex with his girlfriend, she is his girlfriend, because she wants that Ok he has been a bit naughty and poked his dingle in perhaps not at the right time, but what harm has been done????? I do not think he could have doing this for a year and her not notice as she claimed, she would have noticed it next morning surely, if not during. So why did she not bring it up at the time. Sleep in another bed, another room. If we went back to the 1950's I am sure a woman would have accepted this as normal, she would have slapped her husband's wrist he would have stopped. The fuss this woman is kicking up is ridiculous. He has been punished, what do people want, hanging, drawing and quartering He is 3 years younger than her, he looks quite a nice bloke, I admit he has been naughty but that is all ps apologies for my opening couple of posts, well I had just backed a couple of losers, I was a bit niggly. But I still think I am basically right. The vindictiveness of our modern society really sickens me and gets me down at times, so I admit I sometimes reply in kind.
