my guess is that most of the people who holiday in Tunisia do so because of the cost, and with very little intention of ever leaving the hotel.

this could well be the end of the country's hotel tourist industry.

Foinavon I didn't think it was a good idea, but she is an adult and made up her mind. She said she wasn't going near a museum, but obviously some countries do carry a more significant risk.
