It's all about personal preference really.
I was told chateaubriand was the Daddy of all steaks(I thought it was rubbish)
Not only over priced,but over rated.

Favourite is "Tournedos Rossini" which is always spectacular, and dead easy too.

sirloin out of the 2 but they're both too small and too lean for my tastes.

If it was only being served simply cooked; then "Sirloin" every time for me, as much of the flavour is from the fat.
