It's all about personal preference really.
I was told chateaubriand was the Daddy of all steaks(I thought it was rubbish)
Not only over priced,but over rated.
Each to their own.

Rib eye or T-bone both char grilled

sirloin has more flavour.

I'm a man of simple tastes...Birds eye beefburgers hit the spot.

Fillet is the dog's for a dinner party.

Favourite is "Tournedos Rossini" which is always spectacular, and dead easy too.

sirloin out of the 2 but they're both too small and too lean for my tastes.

If it was only being served simply cooked; then "Sirloin" every time for me, as much of the flavour is from the fat.

Both with a rib eye in the middle.
