It's all about personal preference really.
I was told chateaubriand was the Daddy of all steaks(I thought it was rubbish) Not only over priced,but over rated. Each to their own. |

sirloin out of the 2 but they're both too small and too lean for my tastes.

If it was only being served simply cooked; then "Sirloin" every time for me, as much of the flavour is from the fat.
