No way will it be Elizabeth or Diana as they wouldn't want to have to explain why they chose one over the other. One or both will be second names with Elizabeth taking priority for obvious reason IF they choose both. Can't see any reason why Olivia would be chosen - Single most popular girls name in the UK apparently, which obviously means they won't choose that. Mary a neat inclusive outsider but surely going to be Charlotte or Alice, so dutch to two is my advice. Wise minds on here have already done that as soon as Female went to 4/9
