BBC named him and now lives are put at risk after intelligence agencies already knew and asked media not to name him.

By:
Whose lives are under threat?
By:
thought he was a "dead man walking" !
By:
Dotchinite..Scotland yard have said it will not confirm his name because :it would put lives at risk in a live operation :
By:
Just wondering who could be affected just because we now know who he is.
By:
Possibly Omar Emwazi, Jasem Emwazi and Ghaneya Emwazi.
By:
his family may be looking for somewhere to stay tonight.
By:
I bet the phone and internet traffic from the family has gone quiet.

The lives of many innocent people are now certainly less at risk now we possibly know who to avoid. I'm sure any completely innocent relatives and friends of his will soon be in front of the cameras telling how much they despise him for his alleged depraved actions and how they deplore the butchers of IS. Right? Just like the friends and families of the 3 runaway schoolgirls have done. Oh no hang on a minute, no they haven't. |
By:
It would be awful if his family had to flee the country for their own safety.
By:
Mohammed Emwazi
not surprised he changed his name to john tbh |
By:
Why not Jihadi Jeremy.....I don't know....but....it has something....a bit extra?
By:
There haven't been any high-profile reprisals against the families of the psychopaths who butchered Fusilier Lee Rigby, or against any of those who bombed London on 7/7, so I think we're getting ahead of ourselves.

I passed one of them in the street and gave her a bit of a stare !

By:
(Like Paddington Bear)
By:
jeremy is a bit gayish , may as well have gone for jemima
By:
His family can't stop crying.
By:
Was he a straight-A student?
By:
Or a "promising Premiership footballer in the making"?
By:
Further investigations by the Washington Post and BBC suggest he was :
(a) was a quiet and polite boy (b) wore nice Western clothes © loved fish and chips (d) his favourite programme was "3-2-1 with Dusty Bin and Ted Rogers". (e) "Couldn't possibly be a psychopathic butcher" Or have I got this completely innocent person mixed up with the dozens of other cases we've heard about this last 20 years or so? |
By:
Is there no pics of this twát without a mask?
By:
was he a "face" around London?
By:
Apparently he was a promising young footballer and a straight Grade A student to boot.
By:
No doubt he will have a choice of 3 new brides..
By:
BBC named him ? Afraid not. Way behind again. Washington Post named him
By:
Can we be sure there are not people in the British government, and at the BBC who support his actions.
By:
Maybe he's always worn a mask. Perhaps he was an ugly child who his parents hid from a camera?
By:
Alun , you have a point but if the Standard is right that his father runs a London taxi firm I would suggest he won't do for much longer.
By:
from a well to do family..........what an idiot
By:
I deplore the thought of any family being mistreated. They may be perfectly respectable and innocent of any radicalisation but if the family being inconvenienced by this idiots actions causes future loons from taking a similar path then many innocent lives may be saved.
By:
In fairness to the 'accused', if I had watched "3-2-1 With Dusty Bin and Ted Rogers", I too would probably have been radicalised.
By:
eet.....i agree.... when you base your life and morality on a book written 1400 years ago its not a surprise that the parents cant control their kids
By:
I am afraid how ever you dress it up this is war. If your son beheads innocent Englishmen you better come out and say whose side you are on if you want a normal life in this country.
By:
Probably more scared of the local Mufti than the British government
By:
© loved fish and chips
battered or fried |
By:
howard.......behind closed doors these people support the terrorists no doubt about that
By:
There is often a genetic link in cases of extreme violence...doctors who have studied this say politics and religion is merely the sea in which they swim but too close interbreeding is the cause.
By:
a girl in our local shop married her fathers younger brother.........though she ran off
