Used to be a must watch, moaning when you're fave comedy or drama got pipped.
Still remember booing when Bernard Hills Yozza Hughes got beaten by Alec Guinesses George Smiley. I assume, like SPOTY, its now all about Gender Equality, Multiculturalism, and getting a few extra claps if you're gay. I expect plenty of whooping and hollering when Stephen makes a UKIP joke. |

One thing I will say about Kenneth McKellar is that you could always rely on him to turn up for 'The Golden Shot' or 'The Old Grey Whistle Test" and sing a heartwarming song about wife-beating.
