Used to be a must watch, moaning when you're fave comedy or drama got pipped.
Still remember booing when Bernard Hills Yozza Hughes got beaten by Alec Guinesses George Smiley.

I assume, like SPOTY, its now all about Gender Equality, Multiculturalism, and getting a few extra claps if you're gay.
I expect plenty of whooping and hollering when Stephen makes a UKIP joke.
Report Crisp77 February 8, 2015 7:16 PM GMT
Little tip. If they put a disabled ramp up to the stage it means the lad from the stephen hawking film wins best actor.

This BAFTA business tonight could quite possibly be the luvviest pukefest of all time.

Please don't mention Kenneth McKellar as I'm not au fait with his concept triple albums.
Report alun2005 February 8, 2015 8:49 PM GMT
One thing I will say about Kenneth McKellar is that you could always rely on him to turn up for 'The Golden Shot' or 'The Old Grey Whistle Test" and sing a heartwarming song about wife-beating.

If you want to see 'more' of Léa Seydoux then I recommend watching 'Blue Is The Warmest Colour'. A very good film, her co star Adele Exarchopolous is fairly easy on the eye too.

Underwhelmed by them all. incredibly anodyne, sterile and completely bland. Oh for the days of Burton, Harris, O' Toole et al.
Report guinness2dear February 9, 2015 12:43 AM GMT
They'd never work in this day and age. You can't fart now without twatter or some other benign outlet reporting ye.

If the muskateers were still out and about drinking and womanising, twatter would blow up..
