Haggis, mashed spuds/swede/carrots, peas, spinach , brocolli and gravy.

Just put Haggis on to simmer and the casing has already split.

To prevent haggis splitting, wrap it tightly in aluminium foil before simmering. Has always worked for me.

Roast lamb, sprouts, roast carrots and parsnips, mash and gravy for me. Nearly readyHappy

Just had roast chicken, roast potatoes, roast parsnips stuffing, yorkshire pudding, broccoli, cauliflower and cranberry sauce.

I've done the washing up and I'm now going to have rhubarb crumble and cream for pudding, while watching Father Brown Love

Andy has just won his match and all is well with the world Happy

Whole thing came out of the casing so put it on a pyrex dish and cooked in the oven.  Just putting greens on, should be eating by 3pm.

kinell rob, sounds like you're going 'Diane Abbott' on the grub today.
Report SlippyBlue January 25, 2015 5:29 PM GMT
I don't eat desserts or anything sweet for that matter but a serious cheese board is definitely on the cards for a bit later.

I reckon half my daily calories in 2015 have come from chocolate, biscuits and crisps.
