Loved the lad with the tache, he was a cross between a young Georgie Best and Boycie from OFAH - the way he pulled out her chair and instructed "Take a seat hmmm", I was roaring. Lovely that they seemed to hit it off.

The black lad with the tape measure will murder an ex one day (NAP). As my other half remarked, "Wanting to know the size of your t1ts on the first date, fair enough, what man doesn't? But the distance from shoulder to shoulder? I'd be 'popping to the ladies' and  disappearing sharpish". Gawd bless her.

I don't like the title of the show.

They should call it something like 'Someone for Everyone' Happy

Gawd bless her. Crazy

Looks like the poor fellow was given the short straw there.

Could do much better than a tub of lard desperate for a bit of black.

Such as which mccarthy16? Most of my posts are done with tongue very firmly in cheek as pretty much everyone on here knows.

Just watched it and found it very entertaining , however, would'nt it be a good idea if the programme makers let us know of the outcome of these blind dates.Bit like watching a film and not knowing the outcome...felt a bit short changed.

Sonko possibly on the money .

Not sure how the Bristol bloke can keep anything going with his  lass - she looked a bit bored with the dialogue , must be trying as she seems intelligent .

He needs to get a fashion grip to help himself ,looks and speaks 60 but dresses like a   20 year old  in 1990

Two fantastic programmes so far. Just find myself grinning watching it - not because I'm being mean, far from it - the interaction is fantastic, the way they cope with the nervousness of a first date, a camera crew following them but also the disability on top of that is superb to watch. Captivating tv.

I quite like this programme, and whilst it can be a bit 'heartwarming', I can't help thinking that C4's reason for making it is not what it seems.
It's a modern-day freak show.
Weird really, when you consider today's politically correct society. It would not have been made, much less shown, 25 or 30 years ago.

tbf  it does underline that women sometimes want nore in men than we do in women .

Men want - good looks, hot body and more of the same .

Women do atleast look for other traits. You rarely see attractive women with attractive men

Feel more sorry for unattractive women - their life can't be easy
