Was at a wedding last week..the mass was at 12 midday, picked up a friend and his mate and on way to the chapel he pulled out a flask of hot whiskey and had half of it drunk within 15'20 mins.carrying a flask is a dead give away imo
Went to a wedding a few years back, and the groom and best man were drinking from a flask, and offering it round whilst waiting for the bride to show!
Worse than that was I never got any.....

I turned yellow a couple of times so decided that was natures way of warning me to cut back. Now I don't drink much at all, I don't need to be half cut to have a good time.

Bloke I knew was a roadie for a very big-name band for about 15 years.
A bloke he worked with always had one of those long, sausage-shaped, two-litre bottles of water at hand for when they were setting up in a stadium, etc.
He'd worked with this bloke for about ten years and, one day at a stadium set up, it was boiling hot and his mate was off for a pee so the bloke I knew thought I'll have a swig of his water. He picks up the two-litre bottle and throws his head back for a guzzly, great swig and chuggs down three or four mouthfuls of neat Russian vodka. Nearly chokes. The other guy comes back and admits to "doing that bottle just about every day for the last ten years". All the rest of the crew always thought it was water.

Yes I think the booze done for him I liked him especially his 'Boon' character
However I still believe in alcohol, it is one of God's gift's to us, it does not come from the devil Just needs control like gambling
