Sounded like the judge was trying to make it up as he went along.


Id rather have the lie detectors in than this guesser in charge.


Id doubt the same verdict would be returned if it was trial by jury.

Spend another  1/2 million appealing...in for a penny in for a pound !

If some of his tory chums are to be believed he has form in this area.

Will be interesting where he pops up. Politics has this habit of churning MPs like sacked football managers.
Recipe is usually to wait until a few others get found out over something else then bring em back like nowt ever happened.

This ruling makes him officially a liar too doesn't it? Sure there's room in politics still.

It means he is a fool risking everything on a decision that is made purely by a guess as whose story is 51% likely to be truthful.
